Academies Bill. Committee stage (first day). Clause 1 agreed to, with amendments debated and withdrawn, and debated and negatived on division (202 to 312), (200 to 314), (218 to 321) and (213 to 327). Clauses 6 and 9 agreed with amendments negatived on division (213 to 322). Clause 10 agreed to, with amendments negatived on division (213 to 317). Progress reported. Committee to sit again tomorrow.
