10: After Clause 5, insert the following new Clause—

“The customs tariff: parliamentary approval

(1) The Taxation (Cross-border Trade) Act 2018 is amended as follows.

(2) In section 32(3)(b) (regulations etc)—

(a) leave out “an increase in” and insert “to vary”, and

(b) after “section)” insert “from that which is in the United Kingdom’s Schedule notified to the WTO”.”
