Nuclear Safeguards Bill

Proceeding contribution from Lord Warner (Crossbench) in the House of Lords on Wednesday, 7 February 2018. It occurred during Debate on bills on Nuclear Safeguards Bill.

I do not think that that answers the point. The noble Lord is saying that they will go on helping to smooth out the supply to EU countries, but the UK will be left over here somewhere, unable to

benefit from that if there is a world shortage of radioactive isotopes. That seems to me to be what he is saying: will he just confirm that that is what he is saying?
