My Lords, I thank the Minister for that. I am greatly reassured, particularly that, as the data is held for at least two years on the smart meter on the premises and also being checked by GCHQ, if I lose the data I can be sure that the National Security Agency over in Washington has got it and I contact them to get it back. What could be better than that? I have every pleasure in withdrawing my amendment.
