NATO and International Security

Proceeding contribution from Stuart Anderson (Conservative) in the House of Commons on Thursday, 19 May 2022. It occurred during Debate on NATO and International Security.

The shadow Minister mentioned the Indo-Pacific tilt, which we have been looking at in the Defence Committee. There has been a miscalculation, which has allowed Putin to get away with too much for too long. We cannot make the same mistake again. Does the shadow Minister

agree that, although we have to focus on the current threat, we also have to focus on future threats, and that is why the Indo-Pacific tilt is relevant and important?
