Civil Liability Bill [Lords]

Proceeding contribution from David Gauke (Conservative) in the House of Commons on Tuesday, 4 September 2018. It occurred during Debate on bills on Civil Liability Bill [Lords].

address that because that compensation could be spent on frontline services. I am sure that that is what we would all want to do.
