But does the hon. Gentleman accept that this is not just about how well Scotland’s two Governments are talking to each others? It is also about Wales and Northern Ireland—it is about each devolution settlement. We should not expect the situations in Wales and Northern Ireland to be dependent on the outcome of talks between Scotland’s two Governments.
