European Union (Withdrawal) Bill

I would like gently to point out that I did not delete clause 5(2), which refers to interpretation. Admittedly, it does not interpret anything because the rest is gone, but it nevertheless made it pretty clear that we were talking about retained EU law and that such law was created prior to the date of our exit.
