On amendment 10, I am sure that my hon. Friend observed what was said about the absence of reference to paragraph 5, which deals specifically with the question of interpretation. Does he also agree that one of the greatest dangers is the idea that the Supreme Court, of its own volition after we have left, will be able to disapply any legislation? Does he not agree that that is a fundamental principle, too?
