European Union (Withdrawal) Bill

The hon. Member for Banbury (Victoria Prentis) suggested that the charter of fundamental rights contains rights

too complicated to be incorporated into English law. Will the hon. Member for Nottingham East (Mr Leslie) reassure her that those rights have been incorporated into Scots law, which is a separate legal system, and into all the legal systems of the other member states of the European Union? In fact, it is not too complicated to incorporate the rights into English law.
