Policing and Crime Bill

Proceeding contribution from Julian Knight (Conservative) in the House of Commons on Tuesday, 26 April 2016. It occurred during Debate on bills on Policing and Crime Bill.

Surely if someone has the skills and the wherewithal to tackle the situation and they are on the scene, they should be allowed to do so without fear of legal recourse.
