Amendment to ensure provision of independent information, advice and counselling services for women requesting a termination of pregnancy debated and negatived on division (118 votes to 368). New clause 1, discussed with new clauses 10 to 14, 16 to 18, 20 and 23, debated and added to the Bill. New clauses 7 to 9 added to the Bill. Third reading debate. Agreed to on division (316 votes to 251). Bill read the third time and passed.
