Banking (Special Provisions) Bill

Banking (Special Provisions) Bill. Lords amendments considered. Lords amendment No 1 debated and disagreed to on division (277 votes to 167). Lords amendment No 2 debated and disagreed to on division (268 votes to 171). Lords amendments No 3 disagreed to. Lords amendments Nos 4 to 8 agreed to. Motion to appoint a Committee to draw up Reasons to be assigned to the Lords for disagreeing to certain of their amendments. Motion agreed to. Committee appointed and reported Reasons agreed to. Message to the Lords to communicate said Reasons with the Bill and amendments.
