She will, you know. Does she agree that it is apparent over the years that it is one thing to see an intention built into a Bill, but quite another thing to see it implemented on the ground? It is the contention of Opposition Members that, worthwhile as the statements in the Bill are, in the context of this particular car crash of a Bill, some of those intentions around public health will be dead on arrival.
