Before the Minister sits down, will he answer a straightforward question in relation to my amendment? Given that the Bill at page 88 states, "““functions with a view to preventing anti-competitive behaviour””," and my amendment, which is not being accepted, states, "““functions with a view to preventing anti-collaborative behaviour””," will the Minister confirm that that means that competition is trumping collaboration?
