I promise that this will be my last intervention, but it is important to get this as right as we can. I am afraid the Minister’s argument does not hold because Clause 33(5) starts by saying: "““In this section ‘relevant authority’ means””,"
and that includes any extension under paragraph (k). I put that to him, and I would be grateful if he would review this later.
