239: Clause 46, page 80, line 2, at end insert— ““( ) In exercising functions under subsections (1) and (2), the Secretary of State must set out how the performance of the Board in relation to these functions will be managed, and how the Board must agree any arrangements for provision with the appropriate Health and Wellbeing Boards.””
