My Lords, I would certainly be willing to help with this. It is one thing to talk to representative bodies: that is fine. However, the Government might find it helpful to talk to individuals who have dealt with the nitty-gritty, practical realities of the situation, who may have practical insights that could help the Minister with some of these issues. I would be willing to suggest one or two people if that would be helpful.
