My Lords, I have Amendment 92 in this group. I have a long speech on this, but my noble friend has written to the Campaign for Freedom of Information, saying among other things: "““Where possible, we will push to ensure that where functions are transferring to other bodies, the coverage of FOIA is maintained””." Perhaps I had better listen to him first and then make the speech afterwards.
