Health and Social Care Bill

I hope that I am not putting my neck on the block, but within a month the noble Lord should hear news that may cheer him on this front. A great many noble Lords have asked me questions, some of which I have covered, but I suggest that in the interests of time it might be helpful if I followed up this debate in writing and in a way that will enable me to answer the questions in greater detail than I would now in any event.
