I take the hon. Gentleman's point about an affirmative resolution, but nevertheless, that resolution would depend upon the action of the Executive. Proposed subsection (2) in the Lords amendment states that"““the Secretary of State may by order provide””"
that the provision continues, so it would be entirely up to the Government. I put it to him that his point is therefore not a good one.
