Savings Accounts and Health in Pregnancy Grant Bill

I promise that my intervention will be briefer than the last one. How fair does the hon. Lady think it is that those with money in child trust funds pay £25 million a year in fees at the last Government's prescribed rate of 1.5% a year, which reduces the amount of money in the funds?
