Savings Accounts and Health in Pregnancy Grant Bill

Does my right hon. Friend agree that the hon. Member for Cheltenham (Martin Horwood)'s comments are a bit rich given the Liberal Democrats' current position on tuition fees after they campaigned against them for years? The Government claim to be very interested in eliminating child poverty, but how will what has been announced tonight do that? It is sheer hypocrisy.
