London Local Authorities Bill [Lords] (By Order)

I find that rather disappointing, because I do not seek to intervene unless I have a question. The Minister says that he and Ministers from other Departments such as the Home Office will have to reflect on the contents of the Bill, but it has been around since 2007 and the coalition Government have been in office for many months. How will those deliberations reach a conclusion, and how will it be communicated to the promoters of the Bill and other people who are interested in the subject?
