London Local Authorities Bill [Lords] (By Order)

I shall make progress, because I have been generous with my time. We need to ensure that Londoners are protected. Consumer protection is important, and the Bill will not only allow local councils to adopt regulations when it suits their local needs, but more importantly put information at the disposal of London residents for their own protection.
