I will give way, although I suspect that we shall hear a repetition of the hon. Gentleman's previous arguments. I just want to refer him to the main point, in the hope that he will support our proposals. The main point is that it is simply unacceptable that any Member of this Parliament should not be put in the position of the vast majority of the residents of this country and pay the specified taxes that we have identified.
