Ah, that saves me a letter, and I am very grateful to the hon. Gentleman for that information. I think that I satisfied the hon. Member for Somerton and Frome (Mr. Heath) on the point about different classes. Although I had not thought about those different classes—class 1 parties, the main ones; class 2, the territorial ones; and class 3, the Liberal Democrats—I am warming to the idea, and if the general view in the House is that I should move a manuscript amendment on that, I would b happy to comply.
