Parliamentary Standards Bill

Amendment 1 1: After Clause 1, insert the following new Clause— "House of Lords (1) Nothing in this Act shall affect the House of Lords. (2) But that is subject to— (a) section 13(5), (b) paragraphs 5(3) and (4), 16(2), 22(1), 24(2)(b) and 25(1) of Schedule 1, and (c) paragraphs 4(2) and 8(1) of Schedule 2."
