Parliamentary Standards Bill

I was surprised by what my noble friend has just said. If I understand him correctly, he has information that the Government are intending radically to rewrite Clause 5 on Report. If that is not right, I do not understand the point that he made. He asked when we were likely to have more information on that. No doubt the Leader of the House will enlighten me.
