Further to that point of order, Madam Deputy Speaker. Do you realise that there is a seething anger in this House because we have no time at all for Third Reading at all? This is a Bill of monumental importance, and the only reason why we are debating the current clause is that it has been rushed through. Is there something you can do? Can I move a motion, and will you accept it?
