Parliamentary Standards Bill

I intend to be very brief indeed. I completely disagree with the hon. Member for Foyle (Mark Durkan), as I cannot understand how anyone in the House would want to deny it the right to revisit legislation. That runs contrary to the whole point of being elected, so I hope that he has time to rethink his comments.
