Parliamentary Standards Bill

Well, I slightly resent that intervention actually, as I think this is an important matter. Although I do not intend to speak at length, I do think we need answers to some of these questions. We have not had many answers during this debate. I am fully aware that there are other matters to be decided, however, and I am sure they are important, too. This Bill is a complete muddle. We are stumbling forward without any idea of the consequences of what we are doing. I may be wrong, but I would like some light to be shone on this complicated matter before we proceed.
