Before my hon. and learned Friend sits down, will he give us some advice about amendment 74? It states:""The IPSA must prepare a code to be observed by members of the House of Commons, the content of which is provision made by virtue of subsections (7), (8) and (10).""
Does that mean that the content of this code is limited to""provision made by virtue of subsections (7), (8) and (10)","
or could the code go wider than those provisions, as these are terms of art and there is considerable flexibility in the interpretation?
