130: After Clause 23, insert the following new Clause—
"Service declaration
(1) Section 15 of the Representation of the People Act 1983 (c. 2) (service declaration) is amended as follows.
(2) Omit subsection (2)(a).
(3) Omit subsections (9) to (12)."
