When the Prime Minister was asked to comment on binge drinking, he said: ""We have taken action to tackle binge and under-age drinking and it’s right that we do so … But … it’s also right that we do not want the responsible sensible majority of moderate drinkers to have to pay more or suffer as a result of the excesses of a small minority"." How very apt in this case.
