Clause 28: Complaints and misconduct Amendment 37 37: Clause 28, page 20, line 34, at end insert— ““( ) Section 41 of the Police and Justice Act 2006 (c. 48) (immigration and asylum enforcement function: complaints and misconduct) is amended as follows. ( ) In subsection (1)(b) after ““asylum”” insert ““whether in the UK or overseas; (c) the provision of services by another person pursuant to arrangements which are made by the Secretary of State and relating to the discharge of a function within paragraphs (a) and (b).””””
