Borders, Citizenship and Immigration Bill [HL]

I shall leave the matter for the moment. I am deeply unconvinced, which is not a position I usually find myself in when dealing with the Minister. But as this is germane to this part of the Bill, perhaps someone will be extremely kind and send me a note of how this is working out so that we can put it on record somewhere sometime.
