I think I referred to that when I said that his heart warms as I speak. I am not sure that many Liberal Democrats would be able to share that view. However, I have the privilege of being a member of the shadow Cabinet, so I can assure the noble Lord that the views that I present from the Dispatch Box are on behalf of the Conservative Party.
