My Lords, I am looking ahead but cannot find the provision quickly enough. I wonder how this fits in with ““associated development””, which is the term that we have had a bit of difficulty with. However, I think I understand that explanation better than I did the one on the previous occasion, which is all to do with me and nothing to do with the explanations.
