Planning Bill

Proceeding contribution from Earl Cathcart (Conservative) in the House of Lords on Thursday, 6 November 2008. It occurred during Debate on bills on Planning Bill.
My Lords, I thank the Minister. I presume that the IPC would have to look at flooding and ask whether requirements had been complied with, whether the operation was resilient and whether flood risk had been mitigated as far as possible. The Minister is nodding. I beg leave to withdraw the amendment. Amendment, by leave, withdrawn. [Amendment No. 22 not moved.]
