The noble Lord said: The first two amendments in this group concern the status of green-belt land where it is affected by a development proposal under a national infrastructure project scheme. I understand that the Minister can give us assurances on this matter. If that is the case, there will be no need for us to take it further. I look forward to hearing what he has to say.
