How would he deal with the Stargate Holdings to Bearwood transactions, which were outside any proper reporting system? Very strong allegations were made in The Sunday Times and the ““Dispatches”” programme that the Conservative party gained massive sums of money from Lord Ashcroft without any of it being properly recorded.
