Let us cut out this ridiculous nonsense about whether it was a Conservative Government or a Labour Government. It is the first time that that has been introduced and it is a completely trivial point. The Minister referred to the Senior Salaries Review Body review, but surely that will not look at the structure of the scheme. It might consider the benefits and so on, but it is not going to look at the structure. It seems rather unnecessary—and, frankly, not relevant—to wait until it has reported. I cannot see what I am waiting for.
