Perhaps I, too, may quote paragraph 5.18 of the world-class apprenticeships paper, which says that, "““we believe that there is scope for moderate growth in Apprenticeship numbers by offering similar direct payment incentives to large companies, so that they can recruit more Apprentices than they need to meet their requirements””."
So the paper also addresses the issue of large employers offering more apprenticeships.
