Counter-Terrorism Bill (Programme) (No. 2)

The right hon. Gentleman has probably been listening to the Prime Minister and will come back with the answer. The House must reject these provisions. This is not a matter for the House of Lords. This is quite clearly a matter for us, and we should tell the Government that this should not be included in the Bill and should be withdrawn.
