Thank you, Madam Deputy Speaker; I will do that. I ask the Minister to build on the Bill very swiftly, by looking at this matter much more seriously and coming forward with real proposals that will carry out the task we need to carry out by relating our coalfields to our oil fields, and thus to provide a real future for our children and grandchildren. The Bill is a start, but we need to go further, and I hope the Minister will tell us how that can happen.
