The Bill states that if Parliament does not support the reason for the enactment of legislation permitting the use of reserve powers, the person or persons in custody will be released immediately. It also states that there will be an independent review and report on why the process was undertaken and whether it was appropriate to the application. All that persuades us that the process is clear and factual.
