Local Transport Bill [HL]

Proceeding contribution from Lord Hanningfield (Conservative) in the House of Lords on Wednesday, 16 January 2008. It occurred during Debate on bills on Local Transport Bill [HL].
My Lords, I thank the Minister for his answer, which is obviously similar to the one that I had in Committee. There is a theme running through the whole Bill about consultation and so on. We have had several discussions around it today. Perhaps, after today’s debate, we decide whether we need to pursue that further at Third Reading. With that, I beg leave to withdraw the amendment. Amendment, by leave, withdrawn. [Amendment No. 28 not moved.] Clause 25 [Making of scheme]: [Amendments Nos. 29 and 30 not moved.]
