I am grateful to the Minister for everything that she said. She rightly says that she has not wholly reassured me, particularly as we get back yet again to the membership of LINks. Nevertheless, I am enormously grateful that she is taking some of this away to look at again, especially the issue that came up through her response about what happens if a LINk does not come into existence, or takes a long time to do so. We would all be concerned about that, but I am enormously grateful to her, and with that I beg leave to withdraw the amendment.
Amendment, by leave, withdrawn.
