I am sure that we all understand that conditions have to be attached to these visits; there is no argument about that. The question is how narrow or wide the conditions should be. I am grateful to the Minister for saying that she will look again at the issues underlying the amendments in this group. There is considerable unanimity among noble Lords from all sides of the Committee on these matters. I do not wish to delay the Committee, so I hope that we can progress these discussions during the Recess. I beg leave to withdraw the amendment.
